Frisor is a Swedish word, the meaning of “Frisor” is barber shop or a salon. A salon or beauty salon or beauty parlour or sometimes barber shop, is an establishment dealing with cosmetic treatments for men and women. Other variations of this type of business include hair salons and spas. There is a distinction between a beauty salon and a hair salon and although many small businesses do offer both sets of treatments; beauty salons provide extended services related to skin health, facial aesthetics, foot care, nail manicures, aromatherapy — even meditation, oxygen therapy, mud baths and many other services. So why not salons too? We have come up with Frisor to facilitate one more service provider as well as service seekers.

Frisor will be an online booking platform for salon services, www.frisor.in Everyone will be agreed with me on two things, 1st almost every customer visiting any salon or barber shop for any of the services has to wait for long time than the time taken for their particular service and 2nd maximum of the salons and barber shops are not even able to earn their livelihood, not because they are not specialist in their services, but only because there is no system (rating) to certify the services of such salons. So, looking into both these aspects we have come up with this portal to serve the community.

With the help of this portal both customers as well as salon owners will be benefited. Customers will be benefited of their precious time, which they can spend with their families rather wasting at salon for waiting of their turn and salons will be benefited as all salons will get equal opportunity to prove their abilities and depending on rating given by their customers, the salons will get paid. Other than this salons will have their presence online where they can post their festive discounts etc and reach out to maximum client base.

We have started with Ludhiana, Amritsar, Jammu and Pathankot first and then PAN India in the months to come.
