We require 4 hours cancelation request prior to your scheduled arrival time at salon, otherwise we will charge you a cancellation fee as below.

25% of your total amount paid will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 3 hours 59 minutes to 2 hours prior to your scheduled arrival time.

50% of your total amount paid will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 1 hour 59 minutes to 1 hour prior to your scheduled arrival time.

80% of your total amount paid will be charged if you cancel or make any changes from 59 minutes to your scheduled arrival time.

100% of your total amount paid will be charged or no refund will be made, if you don’t come to salon at all.

Transaction charges @ 10% will be charged on request received for cancelation 4 hours prior to your scheduled arrival.
